Erasmus Ljubljana's Events & Communication Team is looking for an intern, and with them every week is a new adventure and every event is a chance to make memories that last a lifetime.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of student life in Ljubljana, where you help shape the Erasmus experience for hundreds of international students, from cosy gatherings to legendary Erasmus parties.
🎉 What You Will Do
🗓️ Plan, organise, and host weekly events, parties, and trips
💡 Help create new event concepts, from cosy gatherings to legendary Erasmus parties
📱 Collaborate with the social media team to promote events online
🤝 Communicate with students, partners, and venues to make each event run smoothly
📋 Support logistics, guest lists, and coordination on event days
🔄 Collect feedback and help improve future activities
