🇬🇷 Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Greece 🏞️ Outdoor Way: Well-Being, Mindfulness and Nature 🧘

Do you want to reconnect with nature, practice mindfulness and build practical life skills by the sea in Greece? Outdoor Way is an Erasmus+ youth exchange in Loutraki, organised by Hope of Youth, and this call is recruiting participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

About the Hosting Organisation

Hope of Youth is a non-profit civil law company based in Athens, Greece, dedicated to empowering young people across Europe by fostering active engagement in key areas such as environmental sustainability, digital transformation, mental well-being and solidarity. Through its programmes and initiatives, HoY aims to inspire and equip young people with the skills, knowledge and support needed to create meaningful and lasting change in their communities and beyond.

About the Project

Outdoor Way is an Erasmus+ youth exchange organised by Hope of Youth, taking place in Loutraki, Greece from 29 October to 6 November 2026. Through outdoor activities, non-formal education, intercultural learning and mindfulness practices, the project aims to create a space where participants can explore healthier lifestyles and develop practical life skills.

What You'll Do

🥾 Take part in hiking and nature walks.

Venue and Accommodation

🏖️ The programme takes place in Loutraki, a seaside town just one hour from Athens, known for its natural beauty and thermal springs. Participants stay at the Achillion Hotel Loutraki, right by the sea and close to pharmacies and a hospital, ensuring a safe, comfortable and convenient stay.

🌤️ At the end of October, Loutraki usually has mild autumn weather, with daytime temperatures often around 18 to 23°C and cooler evenings around 12 to 16°C. Bring comfortable clothes, a light jacket or hoodie, sports/outdoor shoes and a raincoat or umbrella. Since activities may take place outdoors, layered clothing is recommended.

Who Can Apply

🌍 Young people aged 18 to 30. Group leaders are not subject to this age limit and may be over 30.

💙 Priority is given to young people from disadvantaged or marginalized backgrounds, and to individuals who may face social, economic, geographical or health-related obstacles.

🌱 A good fit if you have an interest in mental health, ecotherapy and mindfulness, motivation for environmental sustainability and nature-based learning, and a willingness to engage in community-building and non-formal education.

The Exchange

👥 The youth exchange brings together 36 participants from Greece, Spain, Poland, Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This call recruits the delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina (2 or more participants).

What's Covered

💶 There is no participation fee. As an Erasmus+ youth exchange, accommodation and meals are provided, and travel is covered according to Erasmus+ rules.

🇧🇦 This call is intended only for residents and/or citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
