As an HR Business Partner, you will help attract, develop, and support the workforce behind the Bank's unique social mandate, working across recruitment, performance, career development, and HR systems.

The Human Resources Division attracts, develops, and retains the right people to deliver the Bank's mission. Within the Talent Management Unit, you will join a collaborative HR team working across recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and employee experience.
Your Role
Reporting to the Head of the Talent Management Unit, you will act as a practical HR partner to managers and employees, helping ensure people practices are consistent, effective, and aligned with the Bank's priorities. This broad HRBP role covers the whole employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
๐ค Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers in your assigned HR population, supporting them with HR queries
๐ Coordinate recruitments from needs assessment to onboarding, including sourcing, interviews, panel coordination, and reference checks
๐ Monitor process consistency and data quality in HR systems, and act as a functional administrator for talent management and learning systems (SAP SuccessFactors), proposing improvements and liaising with providers
๐๏ธ Manage job changes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant, up-to-date HR data and contract management
๐ Support the performance management cycle, assisting teams and managers and following up on results and rewards
๐ฌ Facilitate discussions on career progression and internal mobility, and contribute to training initiatives and workshops
๐ Serve as secretary of HR-related committees and conduct HR projects and larger initiatives
What You'll Bring
๐ A university degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, International Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent; HR business partnering certification is an asset
๐ผ At least two to four years of relevant HR experience, ideally in an international organisation, international financial institution, or private bank, with solid HR generalist knowledge
๐ Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, strong organisational and project coordination skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a structured environment
๐ป Hands-on experience with HR digital tools (HRIS, LMS, online recruitment platforms); familiarity with SAP-based HR systems is a strong asset
๐ฃ๏ธ An excellent command of English or French, with a commitment to develop a good working knowledge of the other
Employment Conditions
๐ An initial 4-year fixed-term contract (including a one-year probationary period), renewable up to six years and convertible to an indefinite-term contract
๐ท๏ธ Grade B5-B6; a monthly salary from โฌ5,890.95 to โฌ6,846.51 depending on experience, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt from French income tax
๐ Nationality: open only to citizens of CEB Member States, which include Tรผrkiye, alongside 42 other European states
