The Partnership Building Event 2026 represents a strategic opportunity to build meaningful collaborations among organizations committed to driving positive change across Europe. This gathering will connect like-minded organizations and institutions and facilitate the development of innovative partnerships that will define tomorrow's landscape.
We are building a network of dynamic partnerships designed to accelerate innovation, sustainable growth, and impactful social inclusion. The event welcomes representatives from NGOs, public institutions, educational and academic organizations, and other key stakeholders across the European Union and Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries. We particularly encourage participation from organizations based in the Scandinavian countries, as their perspectives and expertise in the civil society sector would greatly enrich our collaborative ecosystem.
Organizations interested in joining this transformative experience should complete the registration form and submit their application by July 30, 2026. Following a motivation-based selection process, confirmed participants will receive detailled information regarding accommodation arrangements, transportation details, and any additional program requirements.

Travel reimbursement
Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ funding rules, according to the 2026 guide and the distance calculator.
For example, if the straight line distance to Budapest is between 500 km and 1,999 km, the maximum amount to be reimbursed is 309.00 Euro for standard travel and 417.00 Euro for green travel.
