About the Internship
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and commercially minded finance student or recent graduate to gain responsibility within an international organisation. Working directly with senior management, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of three related businesses operating across the education, employability, and international mobility sectors, giving you exposure to multiple business entities, diverse revenue streams, and a broad range of financial and operational activities.
You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, producing management information, and supporting business decision-making. The role offers genuine responsibility, mentoring, and the opportunity to gain practical experience across finance, business operations, and international mobility.
What You Will Do
๐ฅ Process sales and purchase transactions accurately and efficiently
๐ฆ Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations
๐งพ Raise and issue invoices and manage credit control activities
โฐ Monitor outstanding balances and follow up overdue payments
๐ Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
๐ Support month-end procedures and financial reconciliations
๐ Investigate and resolve banking and finance-related queries
โ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures
๐ค Undertake additional finance and business support activities as required
Who Can Apply
This internship is for students in Economics, Business, Management, and Marketing who have completed at least three years of study. Eligible fields include Economics, Business Administration, Management and Operations, International Business and Relations, and Accounting and Finance.
๐ A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline
๐ข Strong numerical and analytical skills
๐ป Experience using accounting software
๐ฏ Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
๐๏ธ Strong organisational and time management skills
๐ฃ๏ธ Professional communication skills, with good English (B1, B2)
๐ Experience using the Microsoft suite of tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
