About the Role

The host is looking for a motivated trainee who enjoys interacting with people, can work independently, and wants to support the daily operations of the business.

The main focus of the role is guest communication and customer care. You will help answer guest questions, support reservations, give local advice, assist with breakfast-related tasks, and help ensure that the houses are prepared and maintained to a high standard.

The role also includes practical operational tasks. Depending on the day, you may support the team with preparing guest areas, checking rooms, assisting with housekeeping coordination, and helping the house run smoothly. The host is clear about this: it is a hands-on hospitality role, not only an office position.

The host can accept only EU citizens, or applicants with an active visa or an active Erasmus+ grant. If you are a student in an Erasmus+ programme country, you can join this placement through Erasmus+ traineeship mobility using your Erasmus+ grant.
