One Family Foundation, a small family foundation based in the Netherlands and a global incubator of social innovation projects and start-ups, is seeking an HR Intern to contribute to recruitment, people operations, organisational development and talent management. This is a fully remote role supporting an expanding portfolio of initiatives and partnerships across multiple regions.

Role Overview

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ The HR Intern supports day-to-day HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, policy support and organisational development, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants hands-on experience in international nonprofit HR


Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ” Recruitment & talent acquisition: draft and post vacancies, support sourcing, screening and interview scheduling, maintain trackers and databases, and handle candidate communications

๐Ÿค Onboarding & offboarding: coordinate onboarding, prepare welcome materials and checklists, maintain personnel records, and support offboarding and knowledge transfer

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ HR administration & documentation: maintain HR records and personnel files, prepare HR documents and templates, track agreements, contracts and leave, and help ensure compliance

๐ŸŽ‰ Employee engagement & culture: support engagement initiatives, organise virtual team events and workshops, and gather feedback to improve the employee experience

๐Ÿ“Š Knowledge management & coordination: maintain HR databases and documentation, prepare summaries, reports and presentations, and support coordination across teams


Qualifications

Required

๐ŸŽ“ Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's in HR Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Public Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related field

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Strong organisational and administrative skills

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Excellent written and spoken English

๐Ÿ’ฌ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

๐ŸŒ Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, multicultural environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Desired (not required)

โž• Previous experience in recruitment, administration or people-related functions; familiarity with HR systems, ATS or project management tools; experience in nonprofit, social impact or international environments; interest in organisational development and talent management
