Shrubi, a fast-growing no-code marketplace platform based in Lisbon, is looking for a Copywriter Intern through a Digital Opportunity Traineeship (DOT). Shrubi helps entrepreneurs launch their own marketplaces without complexity and is expanding across Europe, looking for motivated interns who want to learn fast, take ownership and see their work make a real impact. This is a fully remote role.
Role Overview
โ๏ธ A creative, hands-on role for someone who wants to master SaaS branding, content marketing and community growth from the inside. You'll be the creative voice and storyteller of Shrubi, shaping its brand identity across social platforms, with a focus on social media strategy, high-impact written content and organic growth through article production
Main Responsibilities
๐ฑ Social media management: uploading content, engaging with the community and managing daily operations for Shrubi's official Instagram
๐ Professional copywriting: researching and writing insightful, engaging B2B articles and updates for LinkedIn to boost brand authority
๐ก Content ideation: brainstorming fresh, creative concepts and hooks for social media
๐ Performance tracking: monitoring content metrics, gathering audience feedback and optimising the content strategy
Qualifications
๐ฌ๐ง Native-level or professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is strictly required
โ๏ธ Skilled copywriting, able to adapt tone and voice for different platforms (casual for Instagram, professional for LinkedIn)
๐ Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms and digital storytelling
๐ค A proactive attitude, high empathy for users and a passion for creative problem-solving
๐ Excellent organisational skills, time management and a sharp eye for visual and textual detail
