โน๏ธ Description About The Opportunity
This international Virtual Exchange session will focus on helping participants explore practical tools and methodologies that can support the development of entrepreneurial competences among women with migrant and refugee backgrounds. Through interactive learning activities, participants will explore how to develop a strong value proposition, identify the unique value of a product or service, and understand the key elements needed to support business growth.
The programme will also introduce the fundamentals of market research, providing practical tools to analyse customer needs, identify target groups and better understand market opportunities. Participants will learn how customer analysis can help aspiring entrepreneurs make informed decisions and create products or services that respond to real needs. Particular attention will be given to how these approaches can be used by youth workers, trainers, mentors and educators working with women from diverse backgrounds.
The session will bring together participants from different countries, creating a space for intercultural exchange, peer learning and networking. It will offer opportunities to share experiences, explore entrepreneurial support practices and strengthen the capacity of professionals and participants to foster employability, confidence and entrepreneurship.
The Virtual Exchange is implemented within the FREE โ Female Refugees for Entrepreneurship and Employability project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The Virtual Exchange is organised within the framework of the FREE โ Female Refugees for Entrepreneurship and Employability project, an international Erasmus+ cooperation initiative that aims to support refugee and migrant women through entrepreneurship, employability and skills development opportunities.
The project is implemented by a consortium of six organisations from different European and neighbouring countries: Youth Space (Ukraine), MilleniuM (Moldova), Best Seller (Moldova), NECI (Cyprus), L'ORMA (Italy) and Inednet (Armenia). Together, the partners contribute expertise in youth work, entrepreneurship education, employability, social inclusion, digital learning and support for vulnerable groups.
Through international cooperation, local activities and online learning opportunities, the consortium works to empower women with migrant and refugee backgrounds by providing practical knowledge, networking opportunities and tools for personal and professional development.
