ÉCU The European Independent Film Festival is looking for a website guru for someone tech-savvy and passionate about independent cinema. A chance to go behind the scenes of one of the largest independent film festivals in Europe and learn directly from people working within it.

About ÉCU

For the last 19 years, ÉCU has created an innovative and successful event bringing together filmmakers from all over the world, showcasing diverse and unique projects and giving a platform to independent talent. Each year they offer unpaid internships to creative and talented individuals willing to work hard and have fun.

The Role

💻 Keep all of ÉCU's websites up to date and find new ways to improve the user interface

🎨 Combine your skills and creativity with the company's requests on their WordPress-hosted site

📣 Develop your creative skills and understand how a festival communicates with its audience

Requirements

🛠️ Tech-savvy, with an interest in web design and WordPress

🎬 A passion for independent cinema

What They Offer

🌍 Work within an international team (interns from Australia, Italy, Portugal, Mexico, the UK, USA, Ukraine and more)

🕒 A 35-hour week, 09:45 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

🏢 Workspace in central Paris, between the Arc de Triomphe and Palais des Congrès (exact location disclosed after a positive recruitment outcome)

Note: from time to time they organise events outside working hours (evenings or weekends). Attending isn't mandatory but is strongly recommended for networking.
