Port Gallery is offering an internship as Assistant to the Director in Barcelona, Spain, a strong fit for an art and design student who wants hands-on experience across a gallery's marketing, design and communications.
Responsibilities
📣 Marketing & event organisation: assist with promoting the gallery's exhibitions and events
🎨 Creative design: design exhibition posters, invitations for opening events and brochures
🌐 Website management: update the gallery's website with information about current exhibitions and events
📸 Photography & content creation: take pictures during exhibition openings (vernissage) and help publish them on the gallery's platforms
📱 Social media management: run the gallery's Instagram account, creating stories and posts and engaging with followers
✉️ Artist communication: correspond with artists by email

🗓️ Period: 1 July 2026 to 1 January 2027
⏳ Duration: 6 months
🕒 Commitment: 30 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 10:00–13:00 and 17:00–20:00)
