Open call for young people aged 18 to 30 from Poland, Romania and the Netherlands to join the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Skill Shift, from 17 to 27 August 2026 in Jastrzฤ™bia Gรณra on Poland's Baltic coast. The project helps participants develop practical digital, social and intercultural competences, with a special focus on NEET youth and young people with fewer opportunities.

About the Project

Skill Shift supports young people, especially those from NEET groups (not in education, employment or training) and those with fewer opportunities, to develop digital, social and intercultural competences that support their personal development, social inclusion and future participation in education or the labour market. Through non-formal education, it creates space for practical workshops, teamwork, simulations, storytelling, peer-to-peer learning and reflection, working on topics like digital portfolios, online project management, personal branding, communication, self-presentation and cooperation in international teams.
