4C is an organisation based in Athens with a main goal of lifelong learning through differentiated and experiential activities. Their work rests on two pillars: the EU, democracy and the protection of human rights; and sports, healthy lifestyle and social inclusion through sport. They're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team.

Main Tasks / Responsibilities
๐ Supporting the preparation and coordination of local sports activities and youth events
๐คธ Assisting in the implementation of sport-based non-formal education sessions
๐ฆ Helping with logistics before, during and after events (set-up, materials, coordination, communication)
๐ค Engaging with participants and supporting a welcoming, inclusive environment
๐ธ Contributing to content creation for sport events (photos, videos, short texts for social media)
๐ฃ Supporting the visibility and promotion of the organisation's sports and active-lifestyle initiatives
๐งฉ Collaborating with the team on additional tasks based on current needs

Required Qualifications

โฝ Interest in sports, physical activity and/or youth work
Extra Qualifications
๐ Previous experience in sport activities, youth events or facilitation
๐ Participation in Erasmus+ and/or European Solidarity Corps projects
๐ Experience in youth organisations or volunteering
๐ฅ Creativity and energy to inspire others through sport and movement
Good to Know
๐ Candidates of any educational background are welcome, as long as you're motivated to learn
๐ They prefer long-term collaborations โ the more months, the better
