The Chambre de Commerce Franco-Finlandaise (CCFF) in Paris is looking for a Project Manager intern to take on a varied, hands-on role across administration, membership, communication, events and business development โ€” at the heart of Franco-Finnish business relations.


Tasks

Administration

๐Ÿ“„ Manage documents (creation, modification, updating)

๐Ÿ“… Organise meetings โ€” monthly/bi-monthly CCFF meetings, the Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors meeting, and visits from members/prospects

Membership

โ„น๏ธ Provide instructions and information to new members

๐Ÿ’ถ Send membership invoices, track payments and send reminders

๐Ÿค Prospecting โ€” recruit new members with CCFF Board members

Communication

๐Ÿ“ž Daily communication by email and telephone

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Update the website, adding articles and photos

๐Ÿ“ฑ Support in managing social media content

๐Ÿ“ฐ Create and send the monthly newsletter

โœ‰๏ธ Send invitations to meetings and events

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ Cooperate with the Head of the Young Chamber of Commerce (JCCFF)

Requests / Business Development

๐Ÿ’ฌ Discuss requests with VPs and the President

๐Ÿ“จ Respond to requests sent via the website and email

๐ŸŒ Handle requests with Finncham, Business France and/or Team Finland

๐Ÿ” Follow up on requests

Invoicing

๐Ÿงพ Manage CCFF member invoices

๐Ÿ“ค Forward all invoices received to the CCFF President

๐Ÿ“Š Calculate monthly expenses and submit them to the President

Events

๐ŸŽ‰ Organise events (monthly business lunches, breakfast debates, AGMs, after-work events, etc.)

๐Ÿ“‹ Oversee the running of events on site

Team Finland

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ Represent the CCFF at Team Finland meetings at the Embassy with the President or a VP


Desired Skills

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Bilingual in French and English (Finnish is a plus)

๐Ÿ“š Basic knowledge of accounting and marketing is an advantage

๐Ÿ’ป Proficiency in PC software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Typo3, GetResponse, Canva, Outlook and more

๐Ÿ“ฒ Proficiency in social media publishing tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

The Details

๐Ÿ’ถ Compensation: No direct monetary payment โ€” funded by the FinnCham internship grant (โ‚ฌ9,000 for a maximum 6-month period), available to students enrolled at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Business College Helsinki or Helsinki Business School; additional student financing from other sources can also be applied for
