The Chambre de Commerce Franco-Finlandaise (CCFF) in Paris is looking for a Project Manager intern to take on a varied, hands-on role across administration, membership, communication, events and business development โ at the heart of Franco-Finnish business relations.
Tasks
Administration
๐ Manage documents (creation, modification, updating)
๐ Organise meetings โ monthly/bi-monthly CCFF meetings, the Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors meeting, and visits from members/prospects
Membership
โน๏ธ Provide instructions and information to new members
๐ถ Send membership invoices, track payments and send reminders
๐ค Prospecting โ recruit new members with CCFF Board members
Communication
๐ Daily communication by email and telephone
๐ฅ๏ธ Update the website, adding articles and photos
๐ฑ Support in managing social media content
๐ฐ Create and send the monthly newsletter
โ๏ธ Send invitations to meetings and events
๐งโ๐ผ Cooperate with the Head of the Young Chamber of Commerce (JCCFF)
Requests / Business Development
๐ฌ Discuss requests with VPs and the President
๐จ Respond to requests sent via the website and email
๐ Handle requests with Finncham, Business France and/or Team Finland
๐ Follow up on requests
Invoicing
๐งพ Manage CCFF member invoices
๐ค Forward all invoices received to the CCFF President
๐ Calculate monthly expenses and submit them to the President
Events
๐ Organise events (monthly business lunches, breakfast debates, AGMs, after-work events, etc.)
๐ Oversee the running of events on site
Team Finland
๐ซ๐ฎ Represent the CCFF at Team Finland meetings at the Embassy with the President or a VP
Desired Skills
๐ฃ๏ธ Bilingual in French and English (Finnish is a plus)
๐ Basic knowledge of accounting and marketing is an advantage
๐ป Proficiency in PC software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Typo3, GetResponse, Canva, Outlook and more
๐ฒ Proficiency in social media publishing tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

๐ถ Compensation: No direct monetary payment โ funded by the FinnCham internship grant (โฌ9,000 for a maximum 6-month period), available to students enrolled at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Business College Helsinki or Helsinki Business School; additional student financing from other sources can also be applied for
