Hellenic Youth Participation is seeking an intern to support the management of its EU-funded projects. This is a chance to work inside a leading youth NGO, get hands-on with European programmes and help shape how the organisation reaches young people.

Hellenic Youth Participation is a pioneering education and empowerment organization that connects citizens locally, nationally and internationally. They envision a society in which each individual cares and acts. Their work focuses on personal and professional development and youth activism through experiential, diversified and non-formal activities. They coordinate and take part in EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps and more), empower local volunteering teams, and organise workshops, seminars and activities for all age groups โ teenagers, young adults and adults.
Main Tasks
๐๏ธ Supporting the tasks and management of European projects
๐ฃ Supporting the promotion of the organisation's projects and events
๐ฑ Creating content for HYP's social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
๐ Updating organising tools, such as the activities tracker and dissemination tracker
๐ค Assisting team and project meetings
โ Supporting other tasks of the organisation according to current needs

Required Qualifications
๐ซ Being eligible for an internship grant (through Erasmus Placement, your university or another source)

๐ค Being comfortable with both teamwork and individual work
Nice to Have
โจ Knowledge or experience in Erasmus+ (KA1, KA2, KA3) and/or the European Solidarity Corps
๐ฑ Experience in youth organisations
โค๏ธ A genuine passion for the field

๐ Candidates of any educational background are welcome, as long as you're motivated to learn and work in their environment
