Amaita Intercultura is opening its doors to creative interns who want to work across media, journalism, art and cultural events in Rome. This is an Erasmus+ traineeship for people with a real creative voice โ€” they're not looking for an assistant, they want your fresh ideas.

Who They Are

Amaita Intercultura APS is a non-profit organization based in Rome, active in youth work, intercultural dialogue, art, journalism and international cooperation. Through Erasmus+ and other European programmes, Amaita promotes learning mobility, cultural exchange and social inclusion.

Their Projects

๐Ÿ“ฐ A13lab โ€” a youth-led media and arts lab that bridges culture and young people, and home to Tredici Magazine, an online publication on cinema, literature, art and culture

๐ŸŽฌ Reality Off Screen โ€” a participative cineforum that uses films to talk about social issues, with a monthly screening plus debates, talks and guests

โœŠ Comics for Human Rights โ€” using comics and visual storytelling to explore and promote human rights

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Language Tandem โ€” weekly informal, international gatherings where people practise languages together and connect across cultures

Who They're Looking For

They welcome applicants from any European country eligible for Erasmus+ traineeships. You might be a great fit if you have a background or strong interest in one or more of these areas: photography, videomaking, graphic design, visual art, journalism, social media & communication, or cultural studies. The working language is English, and Italian is not mandatory.
