Are you bilingual in French and English with a passion for international business and event organization? The Chambre de Commerce Franco-Finlandaise (CCFF) in Paris is looking for a Project Manager Intern for a 6-month position!
This is a great opportunity to work in a central Paris office, network with international business actors, and develop strategic skills across administration, communication, events, and business development.
๐ฏ Internship Description
You'll work full-time as a Project Manager, supporting the CCFF across administration, membership, communication, business development, invoicing, and events. You'll also represent the CCFF at Team Finland meetings and collaborate with the Young Chamber of Commerce (JCCFF).
๐ Your Tasks
๐๏ธ Administration
๐ Manage documents (creation, modification, updating)
๐ Organise monthly/bi-monthly CCFF meetings, AGMs, Board of Directors meetings, and member visits
๐ฅ Membership
๐ Provide instructions and information to new members
๐ฐ Send membership invoices, track payments, and send reminders
๐ฏ Prospect and recruit new members in collaboration with CCFF Board members
๐ฃ Communication
๐ง Daily communication by email and telephone
๐ Update the website, adding articles and photos
๐ฑ Support in managing social media content
๐ฐ Create and send the monthly newsletter
โ๏ธ Send invitations to meetings and events
๐ค Cooperate with the Head of the Young Chamber (JCCFF)
๐ Requests / Business Development
๐ฌ Discuss requests with VPs and the President
๐ง Respond to website and email requests
๐ Handle requests with Finncham, Business France, and Team Finland
๐ Follow up on requests
๐ฐ Invoicing
๐ Manage CCFF member invoices
๐ค Forward invoices to the CCFF President
๐งฎ Calculate monthly expenses and submit to the President
๐ Events
๐ฏ Organize monthly business lunches, breakfast debates, AGMs, after-work events
๐ Oversee the running of events on site
๐ซ๐ฎ Team Finland โ Represent the CCFF at Embassy meetings with the President or a VP
๐ Desired Skills
โ Bilingual in French and English
โ Finnish is a plus
โ Basic knowledge of accounting and marketing is an advantage
โ Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Typo3, GetResponse, Canva, Outlook, Teams
โ Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook publishing tools

๐ป Laptop PC and mobile phone provided for professional use
โฐ 28โ30 hours/week as per agreement
๐ก Temporary remote work allowed on a case-by-case basis
๐ Be prepared to occasionally participate in events outside office hours

Monetary compensation is not provided directly. A FinnCham internship grant of โฌ9,000 for up to 6 months is available to students enrolled in:
