This internship offers hands-on exposure to both service and front office operations in a real team environment — where you contribute from day one and finish your shift just minutes from the beach.

🎯 Internship Description

This internship combines operational service with reception responsibilities, plus exposure to social media and digital marketing. You'll work closely with management in a small-team environment, gaining real exposure to hotel operations.

🍽️ 70% Service Experience (the heart of the internship)

🥐 Breakfast service — setting up the buffet, welcoming guests in the morning, keeping everything running smoothly

🍹 Pool bar service — preparing and serving drinks and snacks, looking after guests, learning the flow of a relaxed but busy summer bar

😊 Guest interaction — being a friendly, familiar face, answering questions, making guests feel genuinely looked after

🤝 Service flow and teamwork — learning how a small hotel team coordinates and supports each other

🏨 30% Front Office & Digital Marketing

🛎️ Check-in and check-out — handling arrivals, departures, and the front desk side of hospitality

💬 Guest communication and problem solving in person and by message

🎥 Filming short videos — capturing the hotel, food, pool, beach, and the moments that make Ampelia feel like Ampelia

✂️ Editing in CapCut — putting together simple, scroll-stopping short videos (training provided)

📱 Publishing on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — getting content live, writing captions, learning what works

🌐 Keeping the hotel's social media active and authentic — visible and real, not polished and corporate

📌 Who Can Apply

✅ 18 years of age or older

✅ Enrolled at a European university or school

✅ Holder of an EU passport

✅ Studying hospitality, tourism, or business

✅ Responsibility, positive energy, and a genuine willingness to learn
