🎯 Internship Description
As an editorial intern, you'll be involved in the full production cycle of IRK Magazine's content, gaining hands-on experience in magazine operations, creative research, writing, and digital communication. The internship also includes editorial training, teaching you how to structure, write, and refine articles according to IRK's standards.

📚 Editorial Responsibilities
🔍 Researching artists, designers, photographers, and cultural projects
📚 Gathering background material and assisting with interviews
✍️ Preparing drafts or summaries for articles
📝 Editing tasks — fact-checking, verifying credits, formatting text, and preparing image selections for publication
📱 Social Media Responsibilities
🗓️ Contributing to content planning and drafting captions
🎨 Preparing visuals and scheduling posts
📊 Monitoring community engagement and tracking basic analytics
📈 Helping identify trends relevant to IRK's audience
💼 Additional Tasks
🤝 Participating in team meetings
🗂️ Updating databases and assisting with digital archives
📋 Supporting the coordination of small editorial projects
