Description
Join the ESC volunteering project at Kindergarten “Eureka” in Lithuania and become part of an international team supporting children’s growth through creativity, sustainability, and education. As a volunteer, you will help organize educational and outdoor activities, lead creative recycling workshops, share your culture with children and the community, and encourage healthy and active lifestyles through play. This project is a great opportunity to gain experience in early childhood education while developing your communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Participant profile
As a volunteer at Kindergarten “Eureka”, you will support children’s learning and development through creative, educational, and community-based activities. Your main tasks will include:
• Assisting teachers during educational and outdoor activities
• Organizing creative recycling and sustainability workshops for children
• Supporting children’s daily routines and group activities
• Encouraging active and healthy lifestyles through games and outdoor play
• Sharing your culture, language, and traditions during school events
• Helping create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for children
• Participating in team meetings, trainings, and community events
• Contributing new ideas and creative activities for the kindergarten community
