Overwhelmed. Out of balance. Searching for direction. These are not signs of weakness โ€” they are the daily reality of many youth workers. Life Compass is a training course designed to help you reset, reflect, and realign โ€” both personally and professionally โ€” and then bring those tools back to the young people you work with.

Design Yourself is organising Life Compass โ€” an Erasmus+ Training Course for 24 youth workers from six countries, taking place at Laumas Nature Park near Talsi, Latvia, from 6 to 12 August 2026.
