When something goes wrong during a youth exchange โ€” a panic attack, an escalating conflict, a participant going missing, an unsafe situation โ€” most youth workers are not prepared. No one really trains you for those moments. This training course does exactly that, in a practical and honest way.

Youth Human Impact Association is organising Youth SOS โ€” an international Erasmus+ Training Course for youth workers taking place in Tykocin, Poland, from 8 to 18 June 2026. The course brings together participants from Poland, Finland, and Czechia to build real skills in crisis response, psychological first aid, and safeguarding in youth projects.
