Shrubi is a fast-growing no-code marketplace platform based in Lisbon. Their mission is straightforward: help entrepreneurs launch their own marketplaces without complexity. As they expand across Europe, they are looking for motivated interns who want to learn fast, take ownership, and see their work create real impact.

What Is This Role About?
This is a business development role inside a growing SaaS startup. You will support Shrubi's expansion by identifying opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and helping potential clients understand the value of the platform. The role gives you direct exposure to the full sales pipeline โ from first outreach to conversion โ in a real company environment.
Responsibilities
๐ Lead generation in online environments
๐ฌ Direct communication with new clients via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls
๐ Managing the early sales pipeline and supporting the selling process
๐ Researching potential partners, verticals, and opportunities
๐ Documenting conversations and tracking KPIs
๐ค Collaborating with product and marketing teams to improve onboarding
