For many young athletes, their sports club is a second home โ€” where they develop their personalities, build friendships, and shape who they are. But how often do young members actually have a voice in how that club runs? Dive into Youth Participation in the Sports Sector is an Erasmus+ training course designed specifically for sports clubs and organisations โ€” bringing together coaches, instructors, and club leaders to explore how to give young members a stronger role in their club's activities and development.
