Introduction
โRoots to Routesโ is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange taking place in Belchin, Bulgaria, bringing together young people from different backgrounds to explore inclusion, diversity, and social cohesion. The project creates a space for intercultural dialogue and mutual learning, while encouraging participants to take meaningful action in their communities.
Objectives of the Project

Accommodation and Living Conditions
Participants will stay in Belchin with initial arrival in Sofia.
๐จ First night accommodation in a hostel in Sofia
๐ Organized transfer from Sofia to Belchin
๐ Full-board accommodation during the exchange
๐๏ธ Shared rooms with 2โ3 participants
โ Meals and coffee breaks provided
Travel and Financial Support
The project follows Erasmus+ funding rules for travel and participation.
โ๏ธ Travel costs reimbursed based on Erasmus+ distance bands
๐ Only public transport (bus, train) eligible for reimbursement
๐ฉ Travel plans must be approved before purchase via tickets@y-peer.org
๐ฑ Green travel by land is required
๐ฐ Full board accommodation and local transport covered

Participants should be prepared for both indoor and outdoor activities.
