๐ Introduction
Letโs be real for a second. This is not your typical โfun Erasmus vibeโ project in a big city. This is rural Finland. Quiet, cold, isolated at times. But thatโs exactly why it hits different.
Youโll be working directly with young people in Ranua, a small Arctic village where community actually means something. No fake networking, no surface-level interactions. Just real youth work, real connections, and a daily routine that forces you out of your comfort zone.
If youโre the type who wants to actually experience ESC instead of just saying you did it, this one is worth your attention.
๐ก Did You Know? ๐ซ๐ฎ
Finland is consistently ranked as one of the happiest countries in the world, but rural areas like Ranua show a very different side of that reality. Life slows down, people connect more deeply, and nature becomes part of your daily routine in a way most people never experience.
