🌍 Introduction

This is not a classic training where you sit and listen. It’s a working lab. You bring your own experience, your own doubts, your own methods and put them on the table. The focus is not theory, it’s practice under scrutiny. You’ll be challenged to rethink how you approach youth work, especially when it comes to working across generations. If you’re already active in the field and feel like you’re repeating the same methods, this kind of space forces a reset.
