- Engagement: Be active in an organization and motivated to start a decolonial city tour.
- Commitment: Able to attend for the full duration of the training.
- Sustainable Travel: If feasible, participants are encouraged to travel overland rather than flying.
What is Walking Against Colonialism?
This training focuses on raising awareness about the colonial heritage visible in European citiesโthrough streets, buildings, and museumsโand its lasting impact on global justice.
Participants will:
- Learn to organize decolonial city tours.
- Experience a decolonial city tour of Innsbruck.
- Explore ways to connect youth work and education with colonial history.
- Engage with others passionate about global justice and decolonization efforts.
