You wake up early, walk kilometers on the beach, stay alert at night during hatchings, and deal with real environmental conditions — not a controlled environment. But that’s exactly what makes it different.

You’re not observing nature. You’re working inside it.

Italy’s southern coasts are one of the key nesting areas in the Mediterranean for loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta), making conservation efforts here critical.
