๐ About the Project
Following the success of YRIC I, the Youth and Refugee Integration Center (Kefirek) continues to bring together Polish and Ukrainian youth in Rabka-Zdrรณj.
๐ Project Goals:
- Foster youth integration through non-formal learning and cultural exchange.
- Provide psychological aid and address local community needs.
- Empower youth with skills for personal growth and resilience.
- Promote mutual understanding between Polish and Ukrainian participants.
As a volunteer, youโll be part of community-driven initiatives and help organize events that support the Centerโs objectives.
๐ Accommodation, Food, and Transport
๐ Accommodation:
- Provided at the Training and Education Center of Europe4Youth.
- Rooms for 2-5 people, each with a private bathroom (single-gender).
- Bedding and towels included.
๐ด Meals:
- 3 meals daily: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
๐ณ Environment:
- Surrounded by nature (mountains, forests, rivers).
- Access to an outdoor pool, board games, and a nearby park.
๐ถโโ๏ธ Proximity: 15โ20 minutes walking distance to the Integration Center.
๐ Training and Support
- Training upon arrival in:
- Youth work methods.
- Event planning and management.
- Providing mental health support.
๐ฅ Participant Profile
Weโre looking for enthusiastic and adaptable volunteers who:
- Are creative, motivated, and open-minded.
- Are tolerant and accepting of diverse cultures.
- Have an interest in youth work and working with refugees.
- Possess a good level of English.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Are aligned with ESC values.
