This study visit offers youth workers, sports officers, and local community professionals from Ireland, Italy, Malta, Finland, and Germany a platform to engage, exchange, and learn. Focused on social sport methods and the role of municipalities, this is an opportunity to collaborate, gain insights, and create meaningful connections for Erasmus+ projects.

Objectives

Explore how youth and sports sectors collaborate within municipalities and NGOs.
Learn from Finnish projects that promote social sports for young people.
Build partnerships and find potential collaborators for Erasmus+ youth or sports projects.
Exchange good practices in youth work and social sports.
Understand the impact of Erasmus+ projects on local communities.
Engage in job shadowing activities for hands-on learning.
Gain skills in designing quality Erasmus+ projects.

Introduction, setting objectives, exploring the role of municipalities in social sports for youth

Group visits to municipalities and cities showcasing youth and sports initiatives

Who: Youth workers, youth coaches, sport and youth officers.
Countries: Applicants must apply via Irish, Italian, Maltese, German, or Finnish National Agencies.
Language: Must be proficient in English.
