What Will You Do?
📣 Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels — planning, launching, and optimising online campaigns while monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports.
📱 Social Media & Content: Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; plan and schedule posts; manage community interactions; and analyse audience behaviour to continuously improve reach and engagement.
🔍 SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, perform on-page SEO optimisation, support link-building strategies, and assist with Google Ads and paid campaign management to improve organic and paid visibility.
📧 Email Marketing & Automation: Create and manage email campaigns and newsletters, segment audiences, personalise communication, and support marketing automation workflows while analysing open rates and conversions.
📊 Market Research & Analytics: Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis, identify market opportunities, and use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to evaluate campaign performance and customer trends.
🎯 Branding & Strategy: Support brand positioning and messaging consistency across all channels, and collaborate in brainstorming sessions for growth strategies and campaign ideation.

Eligibility & Requirements
🎓 Erasmus+ Traineeship Grant: The company is a registered Erasmus+ organisation and can support the grant application process with your university. Please confirm your eligibility before applying.
📚 Field of Study: Marketing, Business Studies, Communication and Information Sciences, Art and Design, or any related field at Bachelor’s level or above.
