An architecture studio in Porto, Portugal is looking for a trainee in Fine Arts, Sculpture, or Applied Arts to contribute to the development of site-specific sculptural elements integrated into real architectural projects. What Will You Do?
🏗️ Site-Specific Sculptural Work: Contribute to the conception and development of sculptural components designed to be physically integrated into architectural projects.
✏️ Conceptual Studies & Sketches: Develop preliminary ideas and visual explorations as part of the early design process for built interventions.
🧱 Prototyping & Material Research: Engage in hands-on prototype creation and investigate the properties of materials such as reinforced concrete and wood in sculptural contexts.
📐 Design Development: Participate in the full design development cycle of sculptural elements from concept to final specifications for construction.
🏙️ Urban & Architectural Integration: Explore the relationship between art, material, construction, and urban space through the lens of real ongoing projects.

Who Can Apply?
🎓 Field of Study: Students or recent graduates in Fine Arts, Sculpture, Applied Arts, Architecture, Art and Design, or Urban and Regional Planning.
🪵 Preferred Experience: Candidates with practical experience working with reinforced concrete and/or wood — especially in sculptural, artistic, or design production — will be preferred.
