Are you passionate about fitness and mental health? 🇵🇱✨ Stowarzyszenie EDUQ is hosting "Health, Wellbeing & Europe," a two-week volunteering team project in Lębork. You will lead workshops in yoga, pilates, and movement for everyone from children to seniors, culminating in a massive community event for European Youth Week. If you have sports skills and want to make a positive impact while working in an international team, this short-term mission is your chance to shine! 🚀💪🧘♀️

Project Activities & Impact
🧘♂️ Workshops: Facilitating sessions in yoga, pilates, meditation, and movement for diverse age groups.
🇪🇺 European Youth Week: Organizing and leading a large joint community event on April 24–25.
🤝 Inclusive Outreach: Working with children, youth, seniors, and people with special needs.
📣 Promotion: Engaging the local community in active lifestyles and European values.
