โจ About the Training Course
This interactive training course is designed to enhance youth workersโ personal sustainability and resilience in alignment with the ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally. It provides tools and strategies for self-care, stress management, and long-term professional engagement.
๐ Objectives
- Recognize and Sustain Personal Resources: Manage physical, emotional, and mental well-being for personal and professional growth.
- Enhance Professional Resilience: Foster long-term engagement in youth work through strategies for self-care and stress management.
- Develop Skills for Sustainable Practices: Design programs emphasizing positive psychology and sustainability in youth work.
- Promote Intercultural Networking: Share best practices in personal sustainability through collaborative, multicultural exchanges.
- Empower Community Building: Strengthen teamwork and shared learning through group activities and reflection exercises.

- Alignment with ETS Competence Model: Focus on facilitating learning, managing resources, designing programs, and networking.
- Innovative Methods: Explore tools from positive psychology and sustainability tailored for youth work.
- Practical Skill Development: Design, present, and receive feedback on sustainable youth work projects.
- Intercultural Exchange: Experience diverse perspectives on sustainability in a multicultural setting.
- Certified Training: Participants will receive certificates, including Youthpass, validating competence development.
๐ Venue and Accommodation
- Location: Youth center in Grunewald Forest, Berlin.
- Accommodation: All costs for lodging, meals, and program materials are covered (except costs for personal activities during the free day in Berlin).

- Participants must book travel in advance and choose economical transportation options (no taxis).

- 100โ499 km: โฌ285 (green travel mandatory)
- Italy/Slovakia/Ukraine/Bulgaria:
- 500โ1999 km: โฌ309 (โฌ417 with green travel)

- 2000โ2999 km: โฌ395 (โฌ535 with green travel)
- Germany:
- Reimbursement is capped at actual expenses and will be provided within two months of the event.
