๐ This Erasmus+ Training Course is designed as a deep dive into one of the most critical topics in education today: inclusion. Hosted in Lefkosia and Lysos, Cyprus, this project creates a space where educators, youth workers, and trainers explore how to transform learning environments into truly inclusive systems using non-formal education methods.
๐ก Built on the idea that inclusion is not about โfixing individualsโ but transforming systems, this course focuses on understanding exclusion, embracing diversity, and equipping participants with practical tools to create accessible and inclusive learning environments. Participants will engage in interactive methodologies, peer learning, and real case-based discussions to strengthen their professional capacity.
๐ค The project also creates a multicultural learning space where participants exchange best practices, develop empathy-driven approaches, and gain concrete skills to support learners facing barriers such as disabilities, fewer opportunities, or social exclusion.
