โœจ About the Training Course
This training course aims to enhance the impact of Non-Formal Education (NFE) by immersing participants in the experiential learning process. Participants will reflect on NFEโ€™s potential, its complementarity with formal education, and how to integrate its principles into daily practices, empowering young people to take active roles in society.

  • Broaden the understanding of NFEโ€™s impact in European contexts.
  • Explore the complementarity between formal and non-formal education.
  • Affirm the political dimension of NFE, empowering participants to promote active citizenship.
  • Reflect on daily practices and improve alignment between educational values and actions.

1๏ธโƒฃ Pre-Training Immersion (6 weeks):

  • Weekly โ€œNFE Newsโ€ emails invite participants to reflect on NFE and share insights.
  • A private Facebook group fosters pre-training interaction.
  • Topics include perception of NFE, methods used, and national recognition.

2๏ธโƒฃ During Training:

  • Experiencing: Engage in role plays, simulations, and other educational methods.
  • Reflecting: Examine methods, their impacts, and NFEโ€™s potential and limits.
  • Transferring: Adapt methods to your reality to enhance youth work.
  • Sharing: Exchange perceptions, experiences, and solutions with peers.

3๏ธโƒฃ Post-Training (2 months):

  • Trainers provide online mentorship for participantsโ€™ action plans.

๐ŸŽฏ Who Should Apply?

  • Target Group: Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, project managers, volunteering mentors, and youth coaches.
  • Open to participants from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries.
  • Must be proficient in English and committed to participating in all phases of the training.
