Role Overview
Join Associazione Joint in Milan and become part of a mission to promote Youth Exchanges and Erasmus+ opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct presentations in schools, youth centres, and foster homes.
- Support and manage youth exchange groups, including accompanying them abroad.
- Facilitate pre-departure and follow-up training sessions.
- Coordinate a Youth Participation project (KA154) focused on mobility and non-formal education.
- Manage logistics and activities for incoming youth exchanges.
- Engage in other youth mobility projects, such as ESC Teams.

Participant Profile
Minimum Requirements: Fluent English (B2) and basic Italian (B1) with willingness to improve.
Prior experience in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges (KA152) or similar programs.
Ready to work on weekends and participate in projects abroad for 5โ8 days.
Open to helping with organizational tasks (e.g., office maintenance, errands).
Comfortable with a computer-intensive role.
Additional Preferences (Optional):
- Interest in web communication or graphic design.
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with other European languages.
- Driverโs license and willingness to drive.
Training & Development
- Mentorship: Guided by the Youth Exchange Project Manager.
- Monthly Office Week: A 4-day collaborative session with Jointโs team.
