You can join an 8-day international Erasmus+ training course in Benicร ssim, Spain, where 24 youth workers from across Europe will come together to explore how non-formal education, creativity, and inclusive practices can counter fear-based narratives and create safer, more hopeful spaces for queer youth and minorities. What Will You Experience During the Training?
๐ญ Explore storytelling and theatre-based approaches as tools for countering discrimination and hostile public narratives
๐ฑ Analyse media narratives and their impact on young people's wellbeing, sense of belonging, and participation
๐จ Participate in creative labs and peer-to-peer workshops to develop practical inclusion tools
๐ ๏ธ Co-design and test inclusive workshop formats that can be implemented locally after the training
๐ Contribute to a collective digital toolkit to share resources and approaches across the European network
๐ Build long-term connections with youth workers from Belgium, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Spain

Participant Profile
๐ค You are 18 or above โ there is no upper age limit for this training
๐ผ You are a youth worker regularly working with young people, with particular focus on those working with queer and minority communities
๐ง๐ช๐ซ๐ฎ๐ญ๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐ณ๐ฑ๐ต๐ฑ๐ท๐ด๐ช๐ธ You are based in or working from Belgium, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, or Spain
