LEC (Love Every Challenge)ย is aย 5-day personal development and leadership training course in Latviaย designed for youth workers, trainers, volunteers, and educators who want to strengthen theirย resilience, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills.

The training takes place in the Latvian countryside and combines nature-based learning, experiential methods, and group reflection. Participants step outside their comfort zones through outdoor challenges, teamwork exercises, and personal reflection activities.
The core philosophy of the training is the idea: โBecome a leader you wish to follow.โ
๐ About the Training Course
Working with young people can be rewarding but also demanding. Many youth workers experience burnout, uncertainty, or emotional exhaustion.
LEC provides a space toย pause, reflect, and reconnect with personal motivation, while also learning practical tools that can be applied directly in youth work and non-formal education.

The programme is inspired by the Swedish Value Based Leadership approach and enriched by 20 years of experiential learning practice.
