This ESC volunteering opportunity in Estonia offers volunteers the chance to work with young people across several youth centers in the Lääne-Harju region, a scenic area in north-western Estonia near Tallinn.

Volunteers will support youth workers in organizing activities for young people aged 7–26, helping create inclusive spaces where young people can learn, socialize, and develop their skills through non-formal education, cultural programs, and leisure activities.

The experience also allows volunteers to explore different towns, meet local communities, and discover the beautiful Estonian nature.

🌍 About the Project

The Lääne-Harju Youth and Cultural Center coordinates seven youth rooms located in different small towns across the region. These youth spaces offer various programs and activities that encourage young people to engage in creativity, sports, social learning, and community initiatives.

International volunteers will assist the youth worker team in daily activities and are encouraged to develop their own ideas and initiatives, becoming active members of the local youth community.

🎲 Organizing games, workshops, and leisure activities for young people

🎨 Supporting creative, cultural, and sports activities

🌍 Encouraging intercultural learning and international exchange

🏠 Accommodation, Food and Financial Support

🏡 Accommodation provided in a shared apartment in Keila, a small town near Tallinn

🛏 Volunteers share the apartment with another volunteer

🍽 Volunteers manage their own meals with a food allowance

💶 €5 daily pocket money

🚆 Regular bus and train connections between towns and Tallinn
