The project โ€œESC Vacancy at JFC (Cultural Department)โ€ is an ESC Individual Volunteering opportunity hosted in Lisbon, Portugal. The volunteer will work with the Cultural Department of the local administrative institution Junta de Freguesia de Carnide, specifically at Library Natรกlia Correia.

The project focuses on cultural participation, education and digital inclusion within the local community of Carnide. Volunteers will support the daily activities of the library while also helping to develop creative, educational and cultural initiatives for children, youth and adult readers.

Through this experience, the volunteer will engage with the local community and contribute to cultural programs while gaining valuable experience in community work, non-formal education and intercultural learning.
