๐ About the Training
Gender in Action is an Erasmus+ Training Course in Spain designed for professionals who already have some experience with gender equality topics and want to deepen their understanding of gender dynamics in professional environments.
The training creates a space to critically explore how gender, power and inequality influence everyday practices, particularly within international mobility programmes, youth work and international cooperation projects.
Through reflection, case analysis and peer learning, participants will analyse real situations from their professional environments and strengthen their capacity to address gender-related challenges in a meaningful and informed way.
