๐ About the Training
SIT (Sink Into Transformation) is a 5-day Erasmus+ training course in Latvia designed for youth workers, trainers, educators and volunteers who want to deepen self-awareness, prevent burnout and develop sustainable ways of supporting others.
Youth work often requires continuous action, emotional presence and responsiveness. Over time, many practitioners realise that growth does not always come from learning more tools, but from creating space to integrate experiences and reconnect with personal values and inner resources.
SIT provides that space by shifting the focus from action to integration, from doing to being.
The training is inspired by experiential leadership pathways such as LEC (Love Every Challenge) and invites participants to slow down, reflect and reconnect through nature-based learning and contemplative practices.
At the heart of the programme lies a central question:
How can we support others sustainably if we are disconnected from ourselves?
