🌍 About the Youth Exchange
“Lifestyle” is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange coordinated by the Municipality of Calvià (Spain) and implemented in Northern Italy 🇮🇹.
The project brings together young people from Italy, Spain, Finland and Portugal for a cultural exchange experience based on non-formal education. Participants will not only attend workshops — they will co-create and facilitate workshops for one another, focusing on wellbeing and healthy lifestyle.
The exchange creates a shared space to:
✨ Explore physical and emotional wellbeing
✨ Deepen connection with nature
✨ Share cultural traditions and perspectives
✨ Develop soft skills in an international context
✨ Promote healthy habits and disease prevention
✨ Strengthen leadership, cooperation and communication
This project is alcohol-free and based on active participation, community responsibility and genuine human connection.

National Leaders:

✨ Previous Youth Exchange experience
✨ Fluent in English and national language
✨ Available for preparation and follow-up phases
🏠 Accommodation & Food
🏡 Accommodation at Alveare Hostel (shared rooms, 2–4 beds, shared bathrooms)
🍽 3 meals per day + 2 coffee breaks included
🥗 Mostly vegetarian menus, aligned with healthy eating principles
🧹 Participants take part in light house duties in international teams
