๐ŸŒ About the Training

โ€œEmpowering Youth Workers for Impactโ€ is an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Madrid, Spain ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ designed to strengthen the competences, professional recognition and strategic development of youth workers across Europe.

Youth workers today operate in multiple roles: mentor, facilitator, project manager, community builder and digital educator. Despite these responsibilities, structured professional pathways and competence recognition are often missing.

This training responds to that gap by offering a highly dynamic, non-formal learning programme based on the ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers.

Participants will:

โœจ Map and analyse the different roles youth workers take on
โœจ Identify key skills and competences required for each role
โœจ Assess their own competences using the ETS framework
โœจ Explore challenges and support needs in daily practice
โœจ Design personalised professional development plans
โœจ Build a strategic career path within the youth work ecosystem

By the end of the course, participants will leave with stronger competences, practical tools, and a clear professional growth strategy.
