The Project Lab for Solidarity Projects provides step-by-step guidance for starting and developing European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Solidarity Projects. Participants deepen or develop project ideas, explore ESC requirements, and receive practical input on project management, exchange, resilience and mental health.

This project writing workshop supports participants step-by-step in developing and implementing Solidarity Projects under the European Solidarity Corps.

๐ Learn the fundamentals and requirements of ESC Solidarity Projects
๐ Receive structured input on project management
๐ฌ Exchange experiences with other participants
๐ง Strengthen resilience and mental health
๐ Gain practical tools for handling stress and sensitive topics in project leadership
The programme includes expert inputs, practical exercises and peer exchange. A light hike (Steg โ Sรผcka) is included as part of the cultural programme.
The training is conducted in German. German language skills are required to fully participate and benefit from the course.
