The methodology is based on non-formal education and includes visual storytelling, gallery walks, problem tree analysis, Theory of Change workshops, Logical Framework sessions, Open Space Technology, speed-networking, structured study visits, peer review and multi-method evaluation.
All methods are participatory, experiential and directly applicable to participants’ professional contexts.
