🌍 “The Stage Within” is an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Tenhola, Finland, focused on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) through arts-based methodologies.
🎨 This 5-day international training is designed to strengthen youth workers’ capacities in using dance, music and theatre to foster emotional intelligence, personal development and meaningful relationships among young people aged 15–20.
The programme combines non-formal education with artistic tools to support youth workers in creating safe, inclusive and transformative learning spaces.

🎯 Objectives
🧠 Strengthen understanding of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in non-formal education, focusing on self-awareness, social awareness, self-management and relationship skills.
🎭 Develop practical competences in dance, music and theatre as tools to foster emotional intelligence, resilience, empathy and positive group dynamics.
🌍 Enhance facilitation, intercultural communication and reflective practice skills to create safe and participatory environments.
🔄 Support the design of sustainable follow-up initiatives integrating arts-based SEL approaches into local youth work practice.
