๐ŸŒ Project Overview

๐Ÿ’› โ€œThis Is Solidarityโ€ is an ESC volunteering opportunity in Sopot, Poland, within the charity organisation Caritas Archidiecezji Gdaล„skiej.

The mission of Caritas is clear: no one should be left behind. Volunteers will become part of a compassionate team supporting vulnerable members of the community, including:

๐Ÿฅ Individuals facing terminal illness
๐Ÿ‘ง Children and youth
๐Ÿ  Homeless individuals
โ™ฟ People with disabilities

Volunteers will work alongside Caritas staff and receive supervision from the Volunteering Coordinator, with regular mentoring and project meetings.

๐Ÿ•’ Working schedule: 6 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Weekend events may occasionally occur, with compensatory days off provided.
๐ŸŒด Volunteers are entitled to 2 days of holiday per working month.

This project offers direct involvement in social services that bring dignity, care, and hope to those in need.
